Pommele Bubinga is an African wood that is normally very much subdued in grain patterns. However, every few years we are able to obtain Bubinga with the most spectacular grain patterns ever seen. The French call it Pommele, meaning “swirl or curl”. The supply is very limited, and we normally do not have it in stock. But when we do, it makes for a masterpiece humidor. This Cabinet Humidor was custom made over a period of five months from May to September of 2018. It displays the exquisite Pommele figure on the side panels and front door panels with the Abalone inlays. The frames, legs and top of the lower cabinet are solid Bubinga.
Note: This Humidor Cabinet can be custom made using other hardwoods. We can also make the upper tray cabinet with glass doors so the individual cigars are easily seen. The upper and lower cabinets are not permanently attached and each has its own moisturizing system. The lower humidor chest may be purchased separately. You may discuss with Michael any other variations you desire.
